Meet Liz

Liz D’Amelio, MSW (she/hers)

Chief Empowerment Officer & Co-Founder

The Backstory

Liz, our Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO C♡O), is a social worker based in San Francisco, California and is one of the co-founders of IMHA.  She comes to IMHA with experience in education and public health, with a passion for arts-based healing.

Core Strengths

Liz’s core strengths are compassion, humor and lateral thinking. She values inclusion and prioritizes making space at the table for all folks who want to engage and grow in mental health work. Besides a social worker, Liz is also a sister, daughter, artist, teacher & friend.
