South Asian Mental Health Program Director & Co-Founder
Sarah, our South Asian Mental Health Program Director is a mental health counselor based in Mississauga, Canada. She and Liz founded IMHA together in 2020. Sarah wanted to create a work life where she can mix her passions for mental health, travel and culture together.
Sarah’s core strengths are being practical and straightforward. She values inclusivity in the workplace. She values different opinions and welcomes out-of-the-box thinking. Besides being a mental health counselor, Sarah is also a mother, daughter, and an introvert.

Sarah’s life purpose is to serve others in whatever capacity possible. She finds it exciting to see the first hand impact IMHA can have on people they work with directly or indirectly.
